1. When should I book transportation services?
All bookings MUST be completed before the start of the school year to receive guaranteed service. We recommend booking early, as seats fill up quickly.
2. How does the waitlist work?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If all seats are filled, parents will be placed on a waitlist. As space becomes available, we will contact waitlisted families if the route and time slot allow.
3. When is payment due?
All services MUST BE PAID UPFRONT unless you're receiving assistance through an agency. In that case, we will bill the agency directly with a monthly invoice.
4. Can I book a ride the same day?
Yes, but the same-day bookings will include an emergency same-day booking fee. We recommend scheduling in advance to avoid additional charges.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Once your service days are confirmed, any cancellations will include a $15.00 cancellation fee if less than 48 hours.
6. How do I qualify for a credit on unused service?
To be eligible for a credit, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
7. How does scheduling work?
All schedules must be submitted by Thursday at 6:00 PM to be added to the next week's schedule. This allows us time to gather the correct information, confirm details, contact the school, and collect payment.
8. Do you provide car seats?
YES! We do provide the car seats based on the Ohio Laws, SECTION 4513.262
