Meet The Founder

Ieasha Tynes is the Founder & CEO of Precious Cargo, a transportation company built on safety, compassion, and genuine care for families. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Ieasha comes from a large family of 10 siblings, where she learned early the importance of responsibility, resilience, and looking out for others.

With a CDL since 2016 and experience in Safety Management, Ieasha combined her professional transportation background with her passion for helping families to create Precious Cargo. What started as a vision soon became a trusted transportation service dedicated to safely transporting children to and from school, daycare, tutoring, camps, and extracurricular activities.

Ieasha’s journey is also deeply personal. After the heartbreaking loss of her son Carter in 2021 following a premature birth at 24 weeks, she became even more determined to build something meaningful that would positively impact children and families in her community. Precious Cargo was built not only as a business, but as a reflection of love, purpose, and service.

As a wife and mother of three, Ieasha understands firsthand the trust parents place in those caring for their children. That understanding drives her commitment to creating a transportation experience that families can depend on — one centered around professionalism, communication, safety, and care.

Today, under her leadership, Precious Cargo continues to grow while remaining grounded in the values that started it all: treating every child like precious cargo.
